Middle School Student Registration
Middle school lesson rates for the 2024-2025 school have been set at $25 per lesson. Lesson rates are set by Frisco ISD and are subject to change at the beginning of every school year.
At the end of this form you will notice a $25 registration fee, this $25 will cover the first lesson of the year. After that I will be sending out monthly invoices.
